As one of our associates you will be trained in all aspects of prospecting and sales and will be able to create a course that will be long lasting. With the Webb Jay & Associates Peer Mentoring Program you will be linked up to an experienced real estate professional who will help guide you and facilitate your success.
What does it cost to get started?
We estimate the start-up cost to be approximately $1,500. Some of these expenses include your tuition, your real estate license, membership dues in the local, state and National Association of REALTORS, errors and omission insurance, etc. your broker will elaborate on what fees are due and when.
Am I limited to selling real estate in only one area?
Because your license is a Louisiana Real Estate License, and because Webb Jay & Associates is a member of multiple boards of REALTORS throughout South East Louisiana our agents can list and sell in just about any area they so choose.
